What is included

Guests will enjoy a fully guided tour of our gin and whisky production areas, plus:

• 1x welcome cocktail


• 1x sample of our gin


• 1x sample of our single malt whisky

For anyone under 18 years old, we can provide them with a soft drink to enjoy during the tour. Drivers drams are also available on request.

Please take a quick read of the information below before your visit:

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your tour is due to start in order to check in.


• Our tours are conducted in English only - we do not allow translators to operate on our public tours.


• For those lucky enough to look under 25, please bring ID. We cannot accept a photograph - original documents must be provided.


• Please note, there is no visitor parking at the distillery.

Age Restrictions


Children aged 8-17 years are welcome to join the ‘Holyrood Distillery Tour’ – younger children are not permitted to join our tours due to the health and safety regulations in our production area.

Babes in arms may join the tour and do not require a ticket.

Guests of all ages are welcome in our Distillery Bar, however children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Cancellations:


Tickets may be cancelled and fully refunded up until 24 hours prior to your tour.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking within this window, please contact us directly.


We always endeavour to be as flexible as possible - as much notice as possible is appreciated if you cannot attend your tour.

Languages


Our tours are conducted in English only.

Written translation of the tour is offered in the following languages - FRENCH / SPANISH / GERMAN / ITALIAN / MANDARIN.

Written translations are accessed via QR code which requires a smartphone to access content online.

Please note that we do not provide foreign language audio guides. We do not run foreign language tours or provide translators.

We provide complimentary tickets for any translators joining large group bookings. Groups accompanied by a translator must book a private experience. We do not allow translators to work during a public tour.
